Basically, Elsevier has allowed Google to crawl its ScienceDirect content. So, the next time you search Google or Google Scholar, you just might get some results for ScienceDirect journals. A comprehensive crawl will take some time though. We'll see how this goes.
Remember, if you are using Google Scholar, access it via the Library's Research Databases page. That way, you'll get the SFX button for linking to full-text:
